Check your webmail remotely (Check This First When Having Problems)

1. Go to www.YourDomainName.com/webmail
2. enter your email address or username and password

If your webmail is working correctly then your settings are incorrect in Outlook and or you are having an IT issues on your computer which will require a technical service charge of $25 per half hour of support.
